We went through the outback! Our destination was the Undara Volcanic National Park.

A really nice place to be amongst the desert :-) and a great experience for us!

Several tubes were formed by the flew of hot lava, amazing!

We took part in a 2 hours tour, which was very interesting

Some examples how wet australia can be! In the last two weeks we have seen a lot of beautiful waterfalls and torrentail rivers in the

north of Queensland. Also we have had much rain although the wet saison is over...

 

In the Atherton Tableland we spotted a huge fig tree, unbelievable!

It looked like a big curtain, therefore its name - "curtain fig tree"  

 

We made our own didgeridoo

The station has a size of 500 square-kilometer, an own map is necessary for their property!!!
